At Boulevard Lodge we have an experienced and qualified staff team who complete on-going training and development to ensure that they continue to deliver the best possible care. All of our team members are also supported to complete a diploma in health and social care. This gives our team confidence and the incentive to improve, which in turn gives confidence to our residents and their families that the care they receive is of the very highest standard.
